"I love this store in slp and have been going since I was a kid, but I was finally able to go there at a reasonable time since work got out early and I’m met with disgruntled employees shouting it’s 10 min to closing at 5:50 when a month earlier they were open till 8pm. I hate going to stores when they are closing, i think it’s rude and would have liked a sign on the door expressing the change so I could have avoided this. The parts I needed were empty on the shelf too, I’m going to try my luck at the Fridley location from now on. The Saint Louis park axman is small and is always low or out of the parts I need for months and I’m tired of trying to support this dying store location"

"It has taken three weeks to be able to get out to this location. Their hours are difficult for my schedule which is not their fault. But showing up approximately 10 minutes before they close to do a quick walk-through to see what this is like compared to the other two Axman locations we were met with disgruntled employees that didn't like the fact that myself and my partner showed up at that time and with 7 minutes to close time someone else walked in and they told them they're closing already. Maybe I'm wrong, maybe I'm right, maybe it doesn't matter but if the patron shows up and they're looking to find stuff to buy and I wasn't asking them to stay later but at least allow me the 10 minutes to browse and bring up to the counter what I could find within that 10 minutes. The interaction once I got up to the counter was indifferent and not welcoming. I will try to come at a better time where I can browse more thoroughly without the pressures of being kicked out of the store in a few minutes or in this case 7 minutes early...."
