"Wouldn’t believe it... but a dog ate my wallet... carbon fiber wallet. Two days after it was given to me. I was devastated and went into Tumi expecting them to say that they do not cover accidents. To my surprise and gratitude I was met with the friendliest staff who were quick to help. A week later I am walking out of the store with my brand new wallet, as weary as ever of teething dogs.
