"They offered to give me a refund which they didn't. As polite as the lady on the phone was, I need to be able to communicate with who I'm with in the moment and the driver refusing to try and understand me, I just don't understand how when I'm sedated, that's who I should trust and feel safe with to take me home. He seemed to just want to get from point A to point B, any other details about my appointment, he didn't seem to care. An escort to a dental appointment where I'm getting sedated needs to check in with me and check out with me and that's the service I thought I was receiving but nope, point A to point B, that's it, anything else I was on my own. That was extremely frustrating but I wasn't about to let someone weaponizing incompetence affect my day. Useful service but they can't just rely on the fraction of professional employees they have because you never know who you'll get. Edit (reply to response): I see the refund now, thank you (and I take accountability for my part) the driver is still a big issue to me. Even after you clarified during the call that he was checking me in and checking me out, he wasn't communicating with me on our way to and from the front desk, like he'd decided not to, not even on the ride back home. That's frustrating to deal with especially since you can't get confirmation on anything. I kept my calm when it wasn't easy and on the ride home I was thinking, if the appointment had gone through and I was sedated and I couldn't rely on my sober mind, I realized I couldn't rely on a driver that doesn't talk to me."

"Driver called at 8:32 am to inform me he would be here by 8:50 am I waited to call again until 9:05am when I called the lady said the driver came and I didn’t come! But no one ever showed I waited outside in the cold. They claimed they both reached out to me but that’s a lie!"

Not to mention they’re extremely rude on the phone & beyond unprofessional. I will be reporting all this to the better business bureau, if you or your loved one needs transportation please look elsewhere I wouldn’t trust this place with an animal!"

"Poor costumer service. A gentlemen needed a ride to a very important oncology appointment. The drive could not confirm the correct location so the gentleman did not get on the bus. When this writer called and spoke with the apparent owner he was rude, dismissive and hung up the phone. I would not recommend this company to anyone for any reason."
