"It's what you expect from a Jimmy johns. It seems the workers at this location are miserable working here. Very poor customer service but the food never tastes worse than usual, I'm not there for interactions. I go kinda often when I'm feeling a sub."

"This Jimmy Johns can take anywhere from 10 minutes to 2 hours to deliver their food. I have had multiple times where I have ordered this and haven't been able to eat it because it takes too long to get here or they cancel the order because they don't have a driver. They have canceled my order before and not told me until I called. They lied to me on the phone telling me that the person for the order said they were coming to pick it up when that was not true. I told them to cancel the order and I never got an apology or a refund for my food."

"Normally I love JJ's. I usually try to order early so it doesn't strain the employees trying to get things out for the lunch rush. I pre-ordered at 9am to be delivered at 11am. It wasnt "out for delivery" 10:56am, and finally got delivered 50 minutes after that. 0/10 stars. I won't order from this location again."

"Do not order delivery from this place 11a-3p if you want your food in a timely fashion. More than once have our deliveries been over an hour late with no communcation. They will accept orders even though they are unable to fulfill them at the requested time."

"Ordered a wrap and they forgot the chicken. I have a soggy wrap of sauce, jalapeño chips, lettuce. How do you forget the actual meat? This was supposed to be my lunch. Called for a refund and they were so busy I was asked to call later. Are you kidding me? I don’t have the time to burn another half an hour because of their mistake so I’m simply not eating."
