"I'm surprised at the negative reviews. I've had nothing but positive experiences from the trained medical staff, both nurses and doctors. True, sometimes they run late and there is a bit of a wait, but that's because health care is not an assembly line."

"AWFUL! I had been a patient for about 3 years and then moved out of state. I tried to establish care at another cancer center, which required referral, as they all do. HCMC Cancer Center refused to give me referral to establish the care i needed. I spoke to my oncologist several time before he left HCMC and he wouldnt give referral or help find an Oncologist in my area. Finally called the front desk and was transferred to a very rude employee that blamed me because i fidnt get my medical records before leaving, when i was told it could be done electronically. Luckily i happened to find a lady at my future cancer center that talked to one of the Oncologists that practiced at U of M and knew of my Oncologist. I have never been treated so poorly by a staff that calls themselves professionals. You should be ashamed of yourselves and good thing Im a Cancer Survivor and not very sick."

"Yes, I went to Aya today for an appointment but the doctor I had was not there, I met an old woman but Jedionda I didn't like that that old woman took care of me, she has no education, very bad service, I will never go back to Aya again if the doctor who doesn't take care of me They murdered me, I don't want that old woman to take care of me"
