"Dr. O’Shaughnessy is a personable, positive and invested doctor. Our experience with him through bladder cancer diagnosis and bladder removal was excellent. The clinic’s follow-up and online portal communication is the worst we have encountered. I am not even sure why they bother to have you set it up. We have never received a single communication in four years."
