"If I could give a -10 stars I would.......and we haven't been here 1 whole month yet. We will be moving, and NEVER dealing with these slumlords again. So far the inside and outside of the property are filthy.....there is torn up hard wood floors all through the house. The linoleum in the kitchen and bathroom are the only decent floors in the house. There is carpet in the bedroom.....that looks and smells like a gang of dogs has been using it for a bathroom. Garbage all through the yard, broken glass, plastics, torn up window screens, and 2 old tires. Not 1 functioning screen on any windows, they are all cut up, full of holes or missing completely. Most of the window locks are broken and they use cheap window curtain poles to keep people from climbing inside. When we got here there was a water leak over the washer/dryer outlets and the water had to be shut off, I have two kids, they did not even help with renting a room so we at least had a functioning bathroom. It took a full week to convince them we needed a working AC unit. And not only do people steal your mail here, the neighbors insist on filling our garbage can for us......I thought that not ever doing that was common curiosity......but these slumlords will tell you to handle it yourself or get over yourself.....have a fun read. Spend your money elsewhere!!!!"
