My son had a summer internship and we needed to locate housing asap. Fountaine Bleau Maumelle was responsive and very easy to work with. The online application process was streamlined and they set up a well-furnished, down to the occupant's favorite color, corporate apartment for the 3-month position. The apartments are modern and posh inside and out. Layout is spacious with attention to detail floor to ceiling. Thanks for providing a great place to live."

"When I first moved here three years ago, the complex was awesome. In the last year and a half it’s been an unpleasant experience living here. As you can see from the pictures, my living space has been compromised and unpleasant. In October the bathroom ceiling leaked for a week AFTER an emergency maintenance request was placed. I was literally using two bowls at once and multiple towels catching water daily. After several calls to the office and emails saying the maintenance request was completed…lies, I finally walked into the office and basically had to demand assistance. The 2day wait resulted in them bringing a very loud generator and plugging it up to dry the bathroom for three days. A week later I had to call them to come remove it from my apartment another 3day and phone call wait . Fast forward to January 14th, the fireplace mantle literally fell from the wall damaging everything on and under it in addition to the dishwasher going out. Yeap…. Another unanswered maintenance request. To this day 2/8/22 it remains sitting on the floor untouched and dishwasher not fixed. After speaking with the manager and giving my intent to vacate, she asked…. What can I do to get you to stay? FIXING MY S**** would be a great start. So she pulled up all my request in the system as if I was lying then said she was putting me at the top of the list. WRONG ANSWER!!! I’m still waiting two weeks later. Oh but honey, it’s amusing how I made it up the list when that faithful electronic payment didn’t hit their bank account this month. Oh…I quickly received a call then. You want rent? Well I want full access to the apartment I’m paying over twelve hundred dollars a month to live in. Come on March 31st, I’m taking my money elsewhere. You’re spending money on exterior maintenance but to hell with the conditions your current faithful tenants live in right? Your actions have spoken."
