"The doctor was great, but the front desk doesn’t know much about insurance which is their job to know since it’s like another language to the patients. I was told after they verified my coverage that “your insurance looks like it’ll cover $125 for visits so you should be good”, later discovered my insurance only covered about $70 of over $500 in visits. Like the weather man they won’t get fired if they’re wrong."
