Reach For Resources is a health institution located at 5900 Green Oak Drive in Minnetonka, Minnesota, United States. Our mission is to empower people of all-abilities to reach their full potential. For over 35 years, we have been providing person-centered services and supports to individuals with disabilities throughout Minnesota. We are dedicated to expanding our services and providing quality supports for our community.
We are currently hiring for a variety of fulfilling positions at Reach For Resources. Our amazing donors make a huge impact in the lives of the people we serve and the quality of our services. Volunteers also play a crucial role in helping us serve individuals with disabilities. Join our team and support others in making their lives richer and fuller.
At Reach For Resources, we offer individualized services that maximize independence, boost community engagement, and improve physical and emotional well-being for children, teens, and adults with intellectual disabilities and mental health conditions. This spring, we are excited to offer a variety of fun, creative in-person programs such as Pickleball, Open Mic Night, Half Day Excursion, Spring Fling Dance, and Recreation Therapy programs.
