"This clinic is appalling. The only help I got in the middle of a mental health crisis on Sunday is that I would have to wait until Monday morning. I was not allowed to speak to a doctor, my only option was to go to the ER and leave my children home alone. The triage nurse on the phone was rude from the get go. My original appointment for my annual exam resulted in the doctor talking about my children for the whole visit instead of me. The second doctor I saw (virtually) told me she would call my meds (for anxiety) in once we got off the phone, she didn't. When I told the triage nurse she told me that those meds weren't for anxiety. I you have any feels at all, this is not the clinic for you, mental health is not something that needs medical attention to them"
