"She pushed for induction claiming the baby was undersized, the baby came out average weight, She pulled and ripped the placenta instead of having the patient pushed it out. Her team didn’t cut the clam on the Umbilical cord. She kept leaving the delivery room during the main birthing time, one of the nurses even made a comment about it."
