I initiated a wire transfer on Jan 22 (4 weeks ago) and have had very little help with it. If you are looking for a modern bank to use locally for a new account, you might as well go to a regular bank that has all the features you need."

"Brought in coins to deposit. I had the pennies rolled, and I had about 7 dollars in quarters and dimes, but more quarters than dimes. The black lady said that she could take the rolled pennies, but the rest of the change which you could hold in both palms of your hands she said I had to go to a different location where they have a coin counter. I couldn't believe she told me that because it would have taken her maybe a minute to count the loose change. You could tell she didn't care for me at all. She hardly spoke a word to me. She definitely had an attitude toward me right from the start. I thought the way she acted was very immature and kinda racist and that shouldn't be tolerated. This happened at the 4520 W. Markham location."
