"Waited for a week for them to fund my car so it could be delivered. They called me at work and it took 20 minutes of my time to answer their questions. Then they called me the day it was supposed to be loaded on the truck and asked me the same questions. They were about to hang up and I asked what the status was, and they told me it failed. Glad I asked. So then the dealership tells me the deal has completely fallen through. So I call Ally back and they have no record of the loan. Then I ask to speak to a supervisor and they put me on hold and hang up on me. Considering this is the most money I have ever spent in my life, this is the absolute worst customer experience I've ever had."

"I have been paying my payment since 2019 on time never missed always paid in full! I needed an extension for just 2 months thru the transition since it was happening right at the holidays it was a longer transition! I have paid over $16000 and own a little over $6000 and they said NO! Not anything to help but we can accept payment over the phone we are sorry! Should be cause I finiance all the time and WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH A UNCARING COMPANY"

"Worst company to deal with. The agents hangs up on you when you call in and request to speak with a supervisor, I’ve been calling since Friday. Today is Monday and it is now 4:30pm CST! I’ve been calling all day since 9am and still hasn’t gotten my issue resolved! I will NEVER deal with Ally again!"

"Absolute worst experience with my car loan. Paid off my car in May and have been lead around in circles to try and find out where my title is. After calling the dmv where my title was “supposed to have been sent too” they told me that Ally needed to electronically send a release of Lien to the headquarters of the DMV in that state. They had told me that send me the lien release multiple times, and by the way, it does NOT look like a lien is supposed to. Also ally doesn’t even send it themselves they use a third party to send it. So not only am I months behind where I was supposed to be with being a title holder, but my registration is expiring because of your utter lack of communication, knowledge of title work for each individual state, and your lack of knowledge with training your customer service. Please train your staff better."

"Worst company in history. They feed you lies and bull. I spoke with everybody in the dmn company. First you need to get a building so everyone can pull up, hence why you don't have one. I need all of my phone recordings so I can take you to court. Mr. Manager in charge make it happen. You lie and lie, misleading on purpose is predatory. FOUGHT FOR THIS Dmn country, and this how you get treated. You need to shut down today like American car center. Wait you can't, your the old shady company that started the mess, old Redbranded General Motors bank cause you went BK. Now you gone BK everyone. Stay woke."
