"Better stick with Blue Cross Blue Shield. Would give a 0 rating if that was possible. The money you save compared to Blue Cross Blue Shield. It's not worth it. Customer service's worst not an American based call center, A lot of doctors in my area are no longer accepting it. The doctors and pharmacies say that it is too hard to get payment from them so they do not accept it. Took over an hour to get a live. Human being in America that could be understood verbally and could resolve the issue that I was having between the Doctor the pharmacy and the insurance company."

"Worthless..my doctor Submitted an emergency surgery request on Wednesday and now its Tuesday and i still have no approval for emergency spinal fusion..its an EMERGENCY..cant wait to choose a different healthcare provider..this company does not care about people..only profits..choose some other company if you can..stay away from this company..ive called them many times and ive gotten no where..they cant even pretend to care"

"Have had this horrible plan since 3/23 and have been lied to since. NEVER the same answer twice!! Have asked for the number for corporate and was given a fax number. Lost out on 2500 dental because I was hospitalized and told by United to leave the ICU to go to the dentist?! Have lost approximately 600.00 in benefits they use to persuade you to join their plan. As I told them my next step is a lawyer! The inconsistencies of their benefits (lies) are horrible!"

"By far the worst Helath Insurance company. They take advantage of the elderly and disabled. After seeing a commercial on TV I called to inquire about their plan. After doing an application, I decided to look in to this company. After finding out that most of my medications and medical procedures will not be covered. I immediately called 1 hour after my application to cancel My enrollment. I was assured it would be canceled. I had a feeling it wasn't. I called the nex day and the next day for 4 days, to make sure im not enrolled. Every time i was told they have no record of me canceling. Today I received an email confirming my enrollment. I once again called for the 5th time to cancel my enrollment before it takes place on 1/1/2024. I talked to a manager this time named Ran. She said she reached out to the sales department and took care of my request. I have a feeling United Healthcare will have a class action lawsuit on their hands soon my"

"Without a doubt, the worst insurance company of all time. They dropped the major hospitals and physicians groups in our area. I now have to drive 45 minutes to find a hospital that accepts this garbage excuse for insurance. That hospital is ancient and hasn't been modernized in decades. Probably why United healthcare allows them. Corrupt company fueled exclusively by greed."
