"Customer service was deceiving, lied about cancelling my order & giving refund. Advised me order was cancelled on Dec 8 & refund was processed. But then shipped out products on Dec 10 anyway. Even more shady, tracking never showed USPS received package until after inquired the status of my refund on Dec 21. Responded Dec at 3am saying they couldn't refund cause items were shipped. New tracking now showed it shipped on Dec 10. SMH."
