"The owner that runs this business should watch the employees how they are behaving with the customers. Ordered 2 subs and one small drink . Tried to get the sprite from the fountain and it's fizzing out . Mostly the bib is out or didn't fix the bib properly. Tried to tell the employee that the sprite is not working so she can check it before other customers use it . And she didn't think for a second and said that it's not working for the last 3 years .And we asked why don't you put the out of order sign . And said the owner doesn't allow them to put out of order sign on anything that's not working. The owner should train the employees how to treat customers. When we are questioning she threatened us that she will call police . I have seen there is one more complaint last month about the employee."

"This is the third time I've been here, the last two I thought maybe they were just having a bad day but this is the last time I go here. The service is always horrible! Today the server had on a hooded jacket, looked and acted like a thug from the ghettos with a bird feather tied into his dreadlocks. He acted irritated for having to make a sandwich and his manners were absolutely uncalled for. The attitude at the place has been very unprofessional on every visit. I would NOT recommend eating at this subway."

"So I ordered my sandwich today from Lani and when it came time to put my veggies on I said oh no your not toasting that are you she grabbed it out very quickly and said you told me to toast it and I told her I have been ordering for myself now for many many years and she started an argument with me over my food order I told her I would even still take it but she threw it away fast and with some comments along with it so I told her sorry and we were just going to leave and she said something else and then it escalated very fast she threw something in the back of the store and broke something with her phone she got so upset I don’t want her to lose her job but wow she made my sandwich one time and thought I forgot how I ate my own sandwich I have no teeth and it gets to hard but anyways she shouldn’t have ever gotten that upset over really nothing I hope her day gets better but watch out going there and speak clearly the other employees were shocked at what was going on all I did was went back to get the number for Corporate to let them know what just happened today and that is what kept making her mad"

"Love this place. The sweet Sandwich Artist was very professional and courteous. I love the beautiful food and atmosphere. I'll come back again and again. Never to the College Subway location. I love this one. 5-Star quality. Only negative is the options of soft drinks. That's all."
