KDK's Chicken and Waffles

"I went with my friends to the KDK's food truck on Dickson and ended up talking with the owner, Keith. Before I new he owned the place he asked me what I was going to get and I said I would probably go to Dollar Slice because it's cheaper. Keith was super cool and he gave me a free meal. I'm not sure what it was called, but it was chicken and french fries smothered in sauce and it was some of the best food I have ever had. I will absolutely be back."

"Found the truck on Dickson near Insomnia and hadn't tried it before. IT IS SO GOOD! Definitely worth stopping by. We got the loaded mac n' cheese on waffle fries and it was delicious. Sweet with a little spice and outstanding fried chicken. 10/10!"

I tried this place for the first time today, and the loaded waffle fries were one of the best things I think I've ever tasted. I was pleasantly surprised by the sweet (syrup-y?) substance that came on the fries. It was deliciously paired with the ranch, buffalo sauce and chicken. HIGHLY RECOMMEND"
