"Place has a few negative reviews, but I’ve been a few times now and had had a positive experience each time. Staff is always nice and friendly, and food is always good. Love the 3 meat strumboli it’s so crispy and good!"
"We haven’t been in the NWA mall in several years. We were pleasantly surprised at Sbarro. The cleanliness and presentation is what drew us to this restaurant. Not to mention the ladies behind the counter being so kind and friendly. We ordered the cheese pizza, Cesar salad and the tomato cucumber salads. Everything was fresh and so tasty! Highly recommended!"
"More of a 2.5 stars. The pizza just sits there and gets cold so when you pick out what pizza you want they stick it in the oven for a bit. Which would have been ok but they didn't leave it in long enough, it was a little over room temperature. It was still kind of good though and it was about 5 bucks. I give it a 'meh'"
