"The property itself is nice but I absolutely loathe the latch app they use to secure the building, including your own apartment door…. They need to just put in regular key fobs. Latch is terrible and unreliable. Even if you get a keycard and sync it with the locks it only works about 50% of the time and then I have to get my phone out to open the door (not before the app crashes and I am left standing outside like an idiot waiting for the door to unlock). There was nothing wrong with good ole fashioned keys or an HID fob system. Replace Latch, PLEASE. I bet you. Otherwise, a great property. UPDATE they recoded all the locks and now I have not had any issues with my keycard! Yay!! Thank you!!"

"I am currently in the process of packing up things to move into The Westlyn. Kate and Kiya both couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful during the entire process. They showed me different units a few times and made the entire thing really enjoyable! Super excited to move in soon!"

The location of The Westlyn is ideal for us, close to Robert Street with all the necessary conveniences yet situated in a more residential setting away from the busy area. The professional and friendly demeanor of Kate and Kiya was so refreshing and made our move so much easier! It is a delight to see them always with a smile and their friendly greeting! We love the setting of The Westlyn, our very nicely appointed apartment, and the available amenities. We frequently use the first floor terrace and fourth floor deck just to relax and enjoy the summer weather! We especially love the views provided by those spots and from our second floor unit overlooking the large pond and new footbridge!"
