She was very helpful in all of my inquiries and made the experience of working with her something to remember. I cannot say enough great things of how she was helpful with all of my questions, laid out all of the information for me with ease, and made my time with her very enjoyable during the tour. "Update to my previous review which you can view below. My wife and I moved out as soon as our lease was up but the issues with this place continued throughout our lease and have even still continue to be a problem. The building is nice enough but property management is either inexperienced, incompetent, or both. There are shopping carts from nearby stores strewn about the property on different floors. Towing services are only contracted at night so cars are illegally parked throughout the day. Most likely because of my previous review. Property manager lied to our new apartment saying that we did not provide notice when we did. Now we are potentially moving forward with litigation against Roers due to our security deposit not being handled in accordance to state law. Do not move in if your expectations are higher then a building that looks nice on the outside. Really nice interior and exterior. Amenities and features make this apartment complex very appealing. The issues come from management. Poor communication and bad decisions made by management team make it unlikely we will resign our lease. Some examples that are prompting this review are: Communication was sent out saying parking lot would be plowed that day but plowing was not done until following day resulting in multiple cars being stuck and unable to exit garage. Utility bill was sent out on the 30th of November with a due date of December 1st. Started policy where residents are unable to pay their rent ahead of time or in split payments. Payments must be made in full and can not be made early which is incredibly inconvenient for myself and other residents I have spoken to. All in all, the aesthetic and overall quality of the apartment is outweighed by the terrible decisions made by Roers, who I know review will go to."

"I have lived at Savor since they opened and it overall has been a great experience! The property manager, Jessica, is so kind, approachable and helpful. You can tell she genuinely cares about the residents and their wellbeing. Maintenance on the property has always been quick and prompt as well. I had to move for personal reasons, otherwise I would’ve renewed my lease. I’d definitely recommend this location to call home!"
