"Building smells bad when I visited in thr past 6 months like there was something in the walls and carpet. Its a cheap apartment and I thought it might be worth saving money even if i have to suffer a little. Made an appointment to tour a week ado but received annoying texts all day today about the appointment signaling to cancel. Seems they didn’t want to so a showing on a Friday afternoon. Plus it was raining. So I told them These messages weren’t very inviting and annoying. So there response was that it was cancelled because I no-showed. I didn’t show up because their attitude was desperate and pessimistic towards me just coming to a simple tour."
