"They went downhill hard about Cierre took over. She will con you every chance she can. She sent out addendums asking me to agree to pay more on my lease prior to renewal. They inflate the damages after vacating to ensure you do not get your deposit and owe them more. And she demanded everyone pay extra to keep their dogs in addition to the pet rent. Save every message. Save every picture. Sign nothing unnecessary."

"I was there between 2021-22. Loved the location, but if they actually addressed the cons, I would have stayed. Pros 1. I liked how it was close to a natural wooded area as I like to provide food for the squirrels. 2. Near a few schools, you can hear football rallies at night in the fall. Very peaceful. 3. Super low crime area. Never had a problem with my Amazon packages getting stolen. Cons 1. The unit I had still used carpet. Even when I first moved in after they claimed it had carpet cleaned, it smelled like bad foot odor. Disgusting. Ended up always wearing indoor slippers. 2. The AC wasn't cold at all. Looked like it was the original in wall AC from whenever the building was first built. 1970s? Temperatures did not drop below 80 during the summer with the AC on. 3. Heat was not sustainable when outside temperatures were below 10 degrees, my unit could only manage a max temp of 65."

"On the plus side in terms of living here, the location is close to shopping so that is good and there are some friendly people who live here. The rent keeps going up, it would be nice if the rent could stay the same for a year or 2 rather than always going up."

"All photos taken August, September or October 2023. I moved out October 31, 2023 but was supposed to have the unit until January 2024 originally. Here is a list of how long it took to get repairs as their tenant. It includes the day I believe they were first notified and the date of completion. N/A means they did not repair it fully or at all during my time. Blinds: 10/27/22-4/4/23 Pipe: 3/8/23-9/15/23 AC: 6/23/23-8/28/23 Mold like substance: 9/2/23-N/A Laundry door: 9/26/23-N/A Paint Chipping: 9/26/23-N/A Move in 10/27/22 Move out 10/31/23 I loved the location of the unit. The new addition of hard wood floors was lovely for my dogs. I wanted all the repairs to be completed but that never occurred so I wanted to move. An inspector for the city came out to my unit three times to determine it did not meet code requirements. The unit did not have a way to dispose of trash upon move in or move out. They said a bin would be provided in the garage but there was not."

"I've lived here for almost 4 months and I couldn't be happier with my choice to move here. The staff is excellent. Cierre is so helpful and makes sure your needs are met. I've needed help from maintenance a couple of times and they responded quickly and not only fixed what I asked but went beyond that by replacing things when necessary. This winter through all the snowstorms and ice everywhere, the sidewalks were immediately accessible by shoveling and salting. The hallways are always clean as well as the laundry room. After a despicable winter, the grounds were cleaned immediately and continue to remain so. My neighbors are friendly and so helpful. I'm so glad I made the decision to live here!"
