"I have lived at Thomas Lake Pointe for 14 years. Of all the paces I have lived, This the most beautiful. Only 4 buildings, In the middle of woods. The Fall Is The Best. Then spring when everything grows and turns green. At any rate, The office stuff are on the ball at all times, with what ever needs to be done, or get done. All are so very kind and friendly. I care about where I live so much, I will stand up to who ever...... Sit out on your deck, watch the most, the birds, the deer. So quiet here. I could go on and on. I LOVE IT. Thank you for reading. "I have lived at Thomas Lake Point Apartments for 3 years. You might ask yourself Why did Joe give it such a high score? Five reasons: 1. The office staff is friendly, knowledgeable and always happy to help. 2. The maintenance people and repairs on my unit. Inevitably, things will break or wear out. If I have a work order...the maintenance people come the next day, often they show up the same day to happily fix whatever is wrong. 3. The beauty of the woods. I don't know about you, but I love the spacious forests and all the wildlife. I have deer, owls, squirrels and many birds etc. It is my sanctuary. 4. Upkeep and general maintenance is well maintained. They are spending millions to upgrade the complex. The entry ways say, "This IS A Great Place". 5. Price to rent. Recently my lease was up. Even though I love it here at Thomas Lakes Apartments, I still shopped around to see what else is out there. The rent here is either right in line with others or is significantly less expensive. When I put it all together... Thomas Lake Apartments was and still is the best value in eagan!!"
