"It appears that our water on our counter was resolved although we weren’t notified that someone fixed it or even what was fixed or what the problem was. It would also be nice if Aspenwoods would get full time maintenance so issues can be fixed faster!"

"The building reeks of smoke all the time. The smell is consistent and strong. If you wish to live in a smoke-free unit, don't expect to find it here. Your time, money, and effort will be better spent at another place. Save yourself."

"New/prospective tenants should be aware that the non-smoking policy is not enforced as smoke can be smelled all around the inside of the buildings and in your unit. I have lived here for a bit over three years and for the past two years we have tried to work with management to address an issue with our neighbors smoking indoors. Management has come and smelled the smoke and acknowledged it, yet, after two years have still not resolved the issue. It is unfortunate as the smoke seeps into our bedroom and clouds the hallways. It is a health hazard and inconvenience and the leases state this is a non-smoking property."

"Moving across the country, and Aspenwoods couldn't have made the transition easier. Last minute changes I thought would be an act of congress, was made seamless as if it was the original plan all along. Kudos to the team!"

"Edit: While the maintenance team is great, whoever is in the office that decided it would be a great idea to tow tenant cars on the first snow of the year, in a situation in which it was wildly unnecessary needs a huge reality check. Who tows a 5 year tenant when they are struggling to fill the building? Was that 8x9 piece of parking lot important enough to lose a lease? I certainly hope so. Negligence is one thing, and if behavior is continuous I have zero issue with them towing vehicles (They have in the past for continued violations and I have zero problem with it). But unfortunate things happen to people (in my case it was deciding between changing out the car battery that had died and prevented me from moving it and taking my elderly father to an important doctor's appointment. I chose the latter). This place is waaaay too expensive to deal with management that has zero understanding or compassion whatsoever. The maintenance team is still awesome though."
