"Like some others, I agree that this apartment was great until recently. While security, package thefts, etc. are somewhat of a problem, those issues tend to be happening more generally in the area. There may be other minor things, but the biggest change towards the negative is the newest manager. I've probably had a number of managers here before this, and all had been good or great. They were very friendly and approachable. Karen was great, and she was the last management team member I got to know. She seemed to know everybody and greet everyone including about how their pets are doing, how their recent move back for semester was, etc. It shows she cares genuinely. With the new guy, honestly, don't even know his name and he never seems to be around. You don't get the impression he wants to be near people or deal with them (and he rarely seems to acknowledge your presence when you walk by him in the lobby, which is rare), and that isn't exactly what people want in an apartment manager. You have to realize that many tenants here are young and often foreigners. This might be their first real apartment outside of home or their dorms. Having a manager that is approachable and cares is important in apartments like these catering to a younger and more international crowd. Seeing the number of move outs and the relative emptiness of the garage sometimes, I do wonder how many people have simply just left for other places even if it's further from campus or pricier. The property itself is plenty fine and most of the other tenants are nice and polite too though so hopefully things get turned around."

"Apartment is very poorly soundproofed, poor quality flooring, very little water pressure in the bathroom.Poor service from Office, returned to solhaus tower after checking out and didn't even help open the door. After changing the staff, highly not recommended."

"This apartment was great until a year ago. It’s so hard to contact the new management team and they also never respond to our emails. Security of the building is also concerning. Frequently we’ll see homeless people sleeping on the sofa in the lobby area."

"On the whole a very nice group. Some say hello in the workout room or when stepping onto the elevator. Got a compliment about my winter jacket today! The apartment itself is superb. Spacious room; plenty of light; quick service."
