"Recently renovate building with apartments from 1-4 bedrooms. Mostly graduate students or young professionals. Small pets allowed. Next to an event center so adjacent apartments may have noise problems at night."
"DO NOT live here! Worst management ever! We lost at least 5 packages while we were living there and the management did not do anything! So we moved out once the one year contract ended. And then I have a package mail to there and I tried to contact the management to see if I can get it back, and they never responded, the office is always closed as well. No responsibility and the security system is very weak! Not a good place to stay at all!"

"Packages get stolen constantly and the association doesn't care, cars get broken into, I have had two cases of pipes bursting and causing water damage in my unit with no compensation, and horrible parking options. You'd be better off living somewhere else."
