"place was absolutely filthy on move in day. I dont think this place has been cleaned since it was built. Terrible paint job there is paint splatter everywhere as well as paint drips on the walls, things are falling apart, my window fell onto my bed once, luckily I was not laying there. Maintenance never fixed it. It is a 5 story building with no elevator and laundry in the basement. You may as well spend a little more money going somewhere that isn't this terribly maintained."

"I do not live here but I'm optimistic that a few fixings throughout the place as mentioned from other reviewers might offer leeway or a foot in the door as a start in a transition from a nasty era of homelessness that I've continued to embrace as a rock bottom. From a negative state of living to a positive point of view, I translate homelessness to some as the whole outdoors is home where I have a plethora of options to choose where I rest, rejuvenate or simply keep myself safe from countless misfortunes that comes with the territory of being in a city. I've walked the streets of mini apple long enough to know that it's best to always keep moving and not linger too much anywhere I wasn't given the welcome. I know plenty that would give thanks for leaving their space alone while occupying the shared commons areas to stay warm, feast and even catch well needed sleep."

"My toilet is overflowing!! No help. The guy said, I don't know when I asked where do I go to the bathroom. This is worse than tent city. There is no heat..my apartment is being overridden by ants. The tiles on floor have come up. The management lied to me about everything.. but heat is a must. They said oct. 1. Now they say octt. 15. And worst of all is the noise. Doors slamming, dogs barking, and I'm on the first floor- the people up above walking back and forth."

"This place operates at a bare minimum. When I moved in, there was a step physically missing, dings all over the walls, and a barely functioning AC unit. The appliances are ancient, and the laundry facility is in the basement and there is no elevator. It's cheap for the area, but even for as relatively inexpensive as it is, I can't recommend living here."

"Friendly staff and maintenance on site. Great experience. The property manager Kara and team are awesome to work with. Would recommend to anyone as it is very close to everything in the city."
