"They never clean the snow on the sidewalks. Many people slipped and fell on the ice. This is the only apartment in the neighborhood that doesn't clean it's sidewalks."

"If you are a student, this is a great place to be! Rooms are big and very affordable. Maintenance is very responsive and staff is friendly. The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors, but nothing too awful. Lived on second floor and didn't have any issues with bugs/etc. Never had any major issues in the 1 year living here."

"Minus one star for constant issues with ants, spiders, and box elder beetles. Overall only had one issue with a package getting lost/stolen, and never had a problem with neighbors or laundry. Great cheap place to live at while going to the U of M. Yearly inspections were very annoying and one time they gave us a 5 day notice which sucks when you work and go to school full time (70+ hours of work a week, not much time to prepare)."

"Coops are all ways a welcome sight in my book, and the variety of great and local food this one offers is fantastic. I was able to find all of the various veggies and other things that I needed pretty easily, and all of the staff were very nice. I plan on returning!"

"Please avoid this place. Paper thin walls. Stolen packages. Constant plumbing problems. The property management company is rude and dismissive. Its a slum and I would not let any family member live here."
