"I rented a Rollins Ave apartment from Elmwood Properties from 2015-2017 while a college student. In the many years since, I have rented at 4 other places and Elmwood remains the best experience to date. I didn’t realize how great it was as a semi new renter at the time, but I felt taken care of, left alone, & accommodated at the right balance. Maintenance was quick to deal with a mouse issue we had & responsive to our request. They were communicative about projects & needing to come into the unit. We didn’t feel surveilled or overwatched. I had to pay rent 2 days late one time due to a payday issue and they were understanding of my record and allowed it to happen without fees. Student renters, continue to do your research but my experience here was positive"

"Elmwood Properties provides a great experience to renters who are new to the area and getting acclimated to Minneapolis. I was very fortunate to have lived in a very nice one bedroom apartment in the Como neighborhood for the past two years. The property manager was always very professional and kind. I was lucky enough to not require any help from the maintenance staff, but they were always happy to help and quick to fix any problems. These apartments are great for students or employees of the U of MN because they are affordable apartments within walking distance of the Twin Cities campus. Overall my experience with Elmwood Properties was great and I would recommend them to anyone who is new to the area and looking for a safe/nice apartment."

"I've had a fantastic experience with Elmwood! I love that the location is super close to campus, off-street parking is provided and is pet friendly. The buildings are super clean and well maintained which is a huge perk if you have allergies. Management is extremely friendly, professional and on the ball - they respond to our needs immediately. The whole place is very quiet, private and SAFE, which was extremely important to me. Overall, it's been a great experience and has been the best place I've lived near the U of M."

"Elmwood is wonderful. I have lived here the past two years, and am moving out in a few months. They have been very professional and kind. If I wasn't graduating, I would stay here for years. The maintenance staff is always happy to help and quick to fix any problems. And the management is great at replying to emails and phone calls, which is super important to me. The reason I chose to live here is that they have 1- bedroom apartments with a parking space for a really reasonable price, and I was also able to adopt a kitty while living here, which was a big goal in life. Overall, the experience has been really lovely. I would recommend Elmwood to anyone."
