"No indoor pool No indoor car rinse area Rent prices on upper end of competitive. Not a good parking space. Didn't end up moving in here, this was the 2nd time in multiple years that I contemplated moving in."

"Love this apartment! It’s the best layout and price you’ll find in the cities. Staff are extremely nice and helpful. They got us our place in about 48 hours! Between the events and amenities there’s no better place to live! Great location next to MSP if you love planes as well."

"Stay away from indigo! Especially airport employees. There is a very bad homelessness problem in the area. The security team has been found to be sleeping on the job. The homeless love to go inside the building and roam the hallways. They also do drugs at the entrance. Management wants you to deal with it by calling the cops. If that’s the case, calling the cops will be my part time job."

"Sherry and Sam are nothing but helpful! I scheduled a tour and Sherry took the time to show me 3 units and explained everything I needed to know. There was an issue with some of the portals, but that happens! Megan has also been extremely helpful. I asked for a very specific request and she took care of it! She went the extra mile for me. The building is very quiet and secure. I can’t stress how secure this building is! The amenities are top-notch and I everything is always clean. One small suggestion: enforce the nonsmoking rule more. A person often stands directly in front of my apartment and smokes and another resident brought guests and smoked on the sky deck patio.
