"I’ve lived here for a little over 1 1/2 years now, and I’m really enjoying it! Management did switch up often in the first year of the building being open who weren’t very good, but the current management is super responsive and easy to work with. It’s an ideal spot with the transit nearby, plenty of restaurants & coffee shops in the area."

"Washing machine is a heatpump ductless machine that takes 12 hours to wash and dry and only does small loads. Parking is awful. Area is sketchy and full of homeless people. Takes forever to get to a highway but the access to the light rail is 2nd to none. But the roof top grill and fire pit is really nice and the apartments feel modern and clean. All in all the apartments are priced exactly where they should be. Any cheaper and they'd be a steal. Any more expensive and they'd be a rip off."

"The Management was so easy to work with. I inquired, toured and signed within about a week. Any questions I had, Keenan was quick to respond and resolve. Love how secure the building is especially with how busy the lightrail gets. Excited to be here!"

"I loved living here, this was a perfect setup for my first solo apartment! They keep the building very clean and always looks nice, I get the best compliments from friends when they visit. Only bad side with that is my guests don’t have anywhere to safely park, yet we’ve been lucky compared to some of these other reviews with burglary. I do really like how you need your key to get on the elevator and stairs, makes it feel safer to me. Management has gotten tremendously better, new guy actually responds to calls/emails. Maintenance man is also very nice, I’ve never waited longer than a day for his help. I will say between the firehouse and the train tracks you need to be a bit of a hard sleeper to live here. However it’s also the city so what really do you expect? I got used to it pretty quickly."

"Update: I’ve lived here for over a year and have renewed my lease for at least another! Management switched over a few times during the year which is likely what led to some of the negative reviews. The new manager took over mid-May and has turned things around very quickly! Parking isn’t the most ideal for friends but parking on the side streets nearby has never been an issue over the last year. You can easily pay more than this for apartments all over the cities that are not even half this nice. I do recommend it to friends who are looking for a place! would recommend this place to anyone looking for Great place to live! Love my apartment and all of the nice amenities. My dog is a big fan of the large dog run that is quick to access and the dog wash room is very convenient. Great perks like Amazon Lockers, solid gym set up, and community grills. Right across from the 38th light rail station and close to a lot of great local businesses!"
