"We moved into the rental on February 15, 2023 let’s just say that mauzy properties is a great place to rent from. They give you 24 hours of a notice if they are coming out to the house. Our property manager is great Liz Smith she is always goes out from her tenants if we had a problem she was very consistent with getting someone out her to look at the problem. The owners of our place were amazing and so sweet people always making sure our needs were meet. I wish they won’t selling the house because me and my family would most definitely sign again"

"The three years I lived at one of their properties I could get a hold of my property manager maybe twice? They constantly would send people in to our apartment with very little notice. Basically send an email around 4-5PM saying they will be coming in the next morning as if people should be checking their email every night. One such time I had to get the manager involved because we didn’t leave the door unlocked for them to come in. We didn’t let leave the door open and they wanted to charge us over $100 in charges that weren’t stated in our lease agreement. Mower broke down and I was constantly fixing it, when I asked them for a replacement they sent a rotary push mower that would flatten the grass and they would complain the grass looked bad. Mold constantly in the basement due to neglect that they would paint over. The list could go on. Just a terrible time with this company."

"Nathan Mills was our realtor during our first home buying experience. He is nothing short of amazing! He is incredibly knowledgeable and is very thorough with his explanations. We literally had him holding our hands through the entire process and felt very confident that he had our best interest in mind. I would give him more than 5 stars if that were an option!"

"We had a terrible experience with this property management company. They were extremely incompetent and failed to take care of their tenants needs. Our calls and emails were consistently ignored, making communication nearly impossible. It was a complete disappointment, and I would strongly advise against using their services. As you can see by the photos this was the condition of the rental when we moved in. This duplex in St. Louis Park on Excelsior was a complete disaster when we moved in. We spent a good part of moving day cleaning before we could even attempt to get organized. The amount of hair that was in our vacuum was horrendous! The carpets, window, floors and the film of dirt on the shower walls was thick and disgusting.Throughout the whole year we had one bad experience after another. From being charged a service fee when we said our dishwasher was not working.. they accused us of using dish soap instead of dishwasher soap. The fridge door was barley hanging on and we had to lift it to get in closed..it took them over 6 months to get it replaced. Just before we moved out we had another fridge. No attempt at repairing in the meantime. Our worst encounter was a call from Ethan who we believe was in management and he was yelling so loud at us that everyone in the room could hear him. We all learnt a lot throughout our year and hope we never have to go through this unprofessional experience again. DO NOT rent from this company."
