"I really love the location of Lakeside Flats! The apartment size and amenities are wonderful! I love having an in unit washer, dryer, and dishwasher. The gym and yoga room are great to have on site and the view of the lake is amazing. The underground parking and party room are also huge bonuses! I like living here a lot!"

"We appreciate our time at Lakeside Flats. We spent almost four years there. The location feels safe. The amenities are great. The gym and yoga room were a huge solace during the wintertime especially. Neighbors were polite. It was always nice seeing a cute dog in the hallway. There are community events and a large lounge space. We utilized the lounge for our bridal party's hair and makeup services. It was perfect! The apartment is well-managed -- shoutout to Lexi! She is very kind, communicative, and a joy to have as an apartment manager. Thank you! We recommend staying at this apartment complex."

"As a new renter it was a pretty daunting task to find a suitable place for me and my partner to live, as we were both extremely new to the area, We toured many different places before finding lakeside flats, and yet as soon as we met with Leasing Agent Lexi we knew we found exactly where we wanted to live. Lexi is a step above your standard Leasing Agent, shes attentive, friendly, and extremely easy to reach. Lexi made the process of touring, applying, and moving in a breeze and I cannot recommend Lakeside flats as a place to live any higher, even after move-in Lexi and the team continue to support us with any and all issues we have with a friendly smile! The apartments are all very spacious and modern with the common areas keeping a clean and well maintained vibe."

"I am beyond thankful for such a beautiful place like Lakeside Flats. The apartments are clean, spacious and definitely luxurious. It’s a great location with easy access to the twin cities and a wonderful lake in the back. The community here at Lakeside Flats is definitely unique in an awesome way. With community events like cook outs and fun game nights, the management team does their best to include everyone and offer a great time. I can’t say enough great things about the management team here. Lexi is so friendly and quick to help with whatever question you may have. Birgitta has been an incredible help as well! From offering to bring her own personal heaters when my thermostat broke, to bringing fresh veggies and and food to my doorstep just to be kind, Birgitta has gone out of her way to make me feel welcome and at home. I will soon be going on 3 years living here and I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. 10 out of 10 recommend."

"This was the 1st apt complex I looked at and didn’t need to look any further! I met apt leasing agent, Lexy and had an immediate connection with her! She has such a sweet magnetic personality! I couldn’t sign my lease fast enough! She helped me through the process and has been there for me and others in many ways since I moved here in June. Later on, I met the apt mgr, Birgita who is great and and together they are both go getters and always have an open door. They also have fun special events, meet & greets & just has an awesome Holiday party for all the tenants and was able to bring a guest. It’s been 6 months and I’m very happy here. I look forward to at least another year or more here."
