"Absolutely obsessed with living in the Southfork Townhomes! The commute to work is perfect considering it’s right off 35W, there’s multiple places nearby to eat or grab takeout! Within the last few years, they renovated the apartments, and they are absolutely stunning! The perfect home for singles or people wanting to start a family as well! 10/10"

"Update : I will be suing this company. And by the reviews it looks like they mainly do this to colored people. Can’t wait to get ALL my money back. I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. My rent is 1925$ for a 3 bed. My rent always comes out to being 2000$ for little charges that don’t even make sense or have a note to say what the exact charge was !!! We tried talking to management and they ALLL suck. They will not help you and just give you the run around. You’re just a number. Ontop of the closet doors are so old and don’t even stay on the track. Twice it has fallen off the track and almost fell on my one year olds head. They didn’t care and still haven’t fixed the closet door. As well as my daughter closest door fell on her the first week we moved in.blinds were missing when we moved in as well, placed a work order and never got them. And I’m sure by the reviews , they will keep my whole deposit and use it as an excuse. Not worth the price. Thank god my lease is up in Month. Save you’re self the headache and actually go somewhere nice for 2000$ !!!! Ridiculous ridiculous."

"After two and a half years in March we will say thank you and goodbye SOUTHFORK. Immensely grateful for allowing us to enjoy a home and its facilities. total tranquility. impeccable pool. and a very special thank you to Jordan and Kevin, always responding to requests quickly and efficiently. Thank you SOUTHFORK we are going to our home which God allowed us to buy today."

"Jordan was a very spectacular person helped me out for any situations I was in. He helped me out with any online issues, rent issues and, work order issues. Amazing worker deserves a raise or an amazing bonus! Maintenance team is amazing as well. Great crew!"

"Amenities were very nice and the units are mostly updated. Maintenance and office staff do not respond or help out in a timely manner (takes weeks to complete requests or they do not complete requests at all) which is why I deducted two stars. I do not think this is the worst place to live but it also isn’t the best. Paid $2045 for a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath."
