Arris Apartments

"The units here are nice and the leasing office staff are extremely amazing! The upsetting part about living here is that they advertise as “Luxury Apartments” and it feels no where near luxury. When I moved in there were spots in the apartment that was not cleaned prior to move in. Found a ton of things under the fridge, things still left in cabinets. There is also dog poop all over the yard which doesn’t get picked up. The only thing from management about this was an email months ago threatening to do a DNA program but that was it and nothings changed. People are writing on the walls and nothing has been done. Trash and carts left in hallways nothing has been done. Dog poop in the hallways and nothing has been done. Fire Alarms kept going off multiple times during a week span due to a faulty fire equipment system. Elevators breaking down. Garage door was broken. Garage broken into. The list goes on and nothing seems to be done about this. Mind you the building is only about 2 years old so it shouldn’t be having all these issues. When you pay over $1600 for a 1 Bedroom you expect more out of this and Arris has fell short of expectations."

"I have lived at arris for the past year and it has been the absolute best apartment complex I have lived in so far. Everything is brand new and very clean. Apartment is very quiet as well. The staff is awesome especially Tyler he has been informative and quick to help with everything we needed. Would highly recommend!"

"I have lived here a short time, but it has been consistently great. From ice cream socials, to the game room, using the pool, or just the free coffee bar. I am in a place that I can feel safe. They also have several party rooms, zoom rooms or study alcoves. The staff are helpful and the place is clean."

"My wife and I moved in the second day they opened and it has been nice to see the process of it coming together, they have a beautiful and cozy lobby with a fire place, couches, art and a coffee machine which you can enjoy anytime. There is also a gas grill, patio, cornhole, gas bonfire area and a pool, fitness room. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. Best place we’ve ever lived. It’s also pet friendly it has dedicated grooming room for pets with a dryer, aprons, shampoo, wash station. We are enjoying it very much"
