"I did. I left a message for Stella the manager because I wanted to come to her the apartment and I think she got the wrong idea because she thought I was being snippy with her but I I was not that’s not my intention and if I give that energy off, that’s not what I meant to do so I apologize I would like to set up a tour. I’ve been calling and emailing trying to set up a date and time for me to tour the property but the only message I got back with cello, leaving me a voicemail kind of upset with me and I didn’t realize what I had done wrong because I thought I was being very respectful but I still would like to see where the place because that’s where I would like to live so I am hoping that eventually they’ll call me back and if they leave a voicemail, they’ll give me a direct line so call to set up a specific date next week because I also need to see them in person because my housing manager, who’s willing to pay two months rent for the deposit if necessary needs to speak to the manager so I’m just trying to get everybody in touch to make this happen."
"Spoke with Stella regarding a place to rent. She was so incredibly detailed, helpful and kind! I look forward to becoming a tenant in the very near future!"
"Pros: Very Spacious apartments for the price. Stella in the office is awesome. Really great person. Cons: -Stale and nasty smelling hallways -Only 4 guest parking spots for at least 50-100 units -siding is soo old and rotten that bees and wasps make their nests in it. Can’t even get out of vehicle after parking without one flying at you. Been stung multiple times already. They list patio as an amenity but can’t even use it due to the bee and wasp infestation. Really frustrated about that as it’s finally nice outside and can’t even enjoy it. -mice are rampant in the winter due to many holes in foundation. Seen them in my apartment on multiple occasion’s. -ac unit is severely undersized for the size of units. Had to buy a portable ac to keep daughters room from hitting 85+ on 70 degree days. Decent value for the price but all the other issues just mainly due to how old the building is doesn’t make it worth it. Would only recommend if you need to save money and want somewhere spacious and cheap."
"The property is located within walking distance to the Mall of America, close to major highways and the grounds are very well kept and amazing. The staff is even better! Stella and Marissa are two of the nicest people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. Even when faced with not so pleasant tenants they always keep their cool and work with people. I lived here for 4 years and only moved out due to having purchased a property. You’ll love it here!!"
"Lived here for a year. Ladies in the office are very nice. Maintenance staff is friendly and the apartment itself is very spacious. Complaints living there...lack of guest parking. Only 6 spots in a huge lot that doesn't get full. Your guests literally have to walk 3 blocks away to park or risk parking in the hotel lot next door if the guest spots are taken. Another one is the place definitely needs some updating. Very old siding. Very old cabinets and doors. Old stale smelling hallways and carpets."
