"Resident in 2BR 1150sq ft. 09/2022-09/2023. Got married and we needed more square footage. NOKO was truly enjoyable. Staff were always helpful and maintenance was prompt and skilled. Location was so good, it’s the reason this old country boy decided to try city life. Full deposit returned on moving. Always nice to see. Parking is steep at $150/mo. Golf across the street and supermarket down below made up for that expense."

"I lived here for a year. It is very new &clean everyday. The staff is friendly and responsive with moving in and out. They host events and people in the building are nice. Right near the lakes and above a grocery store. The parking ramp is worth the money. Awesome amenities all year round use. 10/10!"

"I'd highly recommend Noko Apartments. The building and amenities are great - everyone you pass in the hallways and lobby were very friendly and appeared very happy to be living there. The location is unbeatable. I also had a great experience touring Noko and working with Emma from the leasing office - she brought professionalism, positivity, and great communication to the whole process. She made me feel very comfortable, welcome and excited about living at Noko. The only downside to the leasing process was not being able to see the unit in advance. It's also important to be aware of how the daily pricing works and how it can fluctuate quite a bit within the span of a week. If you are interested in an available unit and are comfortable with the price, I'd recommend scheduling the next available tour to avoid steep rate changes."
