"Some employees in management levels have attitudes and talk to you with disrespect like you are an inconvenience to them. Property has no security cameras inside the building and management posts notice about mail/package theft (happened to me multiple times) but yet won’t install any security cameras. Multiple instances of assault inside where the police were called. My car was broken into while moving in. Will not rent from central lakes of uptown again."
"KRC is a predatory leasing company. I had a very hard time getting someone to call or email me back. Leslie Spriggs was particularly frustrating to work with. She was incredibly rude & when I did get her on the phone, she was very unpleasant. Most people I spoke with at this office treated me as an inconvenience. I had a large amount taken out of my security deposit and could not get an explanation. The apartment itself was fine (run of the mill, nothing special but they did try to increase my rent 18% without doing any improvements) but the company and employees were horrible."
