"My partner and I moved in a few weeks ago and we LOVE the location. The amenities are nice and our view from the fifth floor is phenomenal. I think the pricing was really competitive for the area, and that’s the reason I’m still going with three stars. I believe we got a good deal and some imperfection can be expected for the price we pay. The apartment is nice, but nowhere near the luxury they try to sell. Our bathroom was completely damaged by the previous tenant and management has been pretty casual about addressing our concerns. We were told a new door (which currently has a massive punch hole in it…still) was on the way, but later had to coordinate someone coming in to measure the door. We were further informed the door wouldn’t be replaced for months, and their solution to chewed up cabinets and destroyed trim was “we could paint it”. The building is very pet friendly and asks for a hefty pet fee, but that fee does not go towards repairing pet damage- I have spent hours shampooing the carpeting to get rid of the faint pee smell in our closet. In general, management has been very friendly and is probably doing the best they can, but I would be cautious if you are expecting a perfect luxury apartment."
