"Although the outside looks like a basic old warehouse building the interior is very updated. Real hardwood floors and good quality materials were used to build the units. My unit has a ton of natural light (not a corner unit either), tall ceilings, and wood beam accents. As for the management, they go above and beyond. Renae and Kjell are extremely quick pleasant to work with. When we had an issue arise, they quickly fixed it and gave us credit towards the next month's rent. We did not ask for this, but they just did it, which is very telling of how they treat their residents. Also when I had a family emergency, Kjell let a friend into our apartment within two hours of calling him. The cost of rent is fair and the service is best I've experienced in Minneapolis (compared to my 5 previous places). They are also one of the few places in Minneapolis that is large dog(x2) friendly and doesn't charge pet rent. We plan on staying here!"
