"Coming up on 1 year since we moved in here, I can say definitively Archive is one of the top apartment options in North Loop. The location is perfect - walking distance to downtown MSP, countless restaurants/bars in NoLo and the river. Solhem / building staff are extremely welcoming & approachable and have gone out of their way to be helpful on many occasions! The rooftop is 10/10, gym has all the necessities and the golf sim/lounge areas are perfect for hosting. Personally think it's in the best "neighborhood" in north loop, and would recommend to anyone looking to make the move."

"I moved into the Archive in 2023 and have loved my experience. I was set on other buildings in the North Loop, but after touring, my decision to live here was so clear. Everyone including the staff and residents have been so kind and helpful, and they make living here feel like home. The building is incredibly clean and quiet, and I've never had any issues with noise which can be hard to find. The amenities and spaces throughout the building are also amazing. Maintenance is always super quick to help and they offer help with anything you need like TV mounting. This is also the best location by far. The Archive is right next to some of the best restaurants in MPLS and so many things to do, located right along the river. The building is also very safe and secure. There are so many great things to say about living here, but I appreciate the staff and the management and how much they care about their residents, it really shows! I couldn't imagine living anywhere else."

"We could not be happier living at the Archive. The location cannot be beat. You are surrounded by the best restaurants in Minneapolis and are a short walk to Twins, Vikings or Timberwolves games. The staff are unbelievably helpful and responsive, unlike anywhere we've rented in the past. The building itself is new with all the amenities you'd expect and more. Fantastic rooftop, dog friendly and very secure. I would recommend the Archive to anyone and we will be renewing when our lease it up."

The leasing team was so patient and helpful! There have been a variety of different resident events where I've been able to meet more residents.
