"This is a great place to live. Since I’ve been here they have done everything that I have asked for in my apartment. The people around here, neighbors, owners have been great at communicating. The parking is good as well many spots always available. When we request for any maintenance they are right on top of things."

"The buildings are beautiful. I have been living here for 13 years and what people have said is so wrong. The manager is so kind and she is not what people describe her as. I'm guessing that people who wrote horrible review must have been a bad resident. The building is small and is so quiet, its nice. If I were you I would just have to actually go and see for yourself."

"Not a great place to live. This is an honest rating based on experience of a year staying here. The apartment is in poor condition, water dripping into bathroom from top floor (took them 1 months to fix), no guest parking limited parking, management of this complex should learn management principles and ethics (very unprofessional and rude), make sure u clean everything even windshield, charge you with painting(havent heard anything like that in my 7 years in any apartment this is first one). I wouldnt recommend anyone. Please review the lease paper page by page, we were thinking staying in an apartment creates a bond with management and us but my thoughts changed with this apartment. ** Please pay little extra and live in a good management apartment with good management practices who doesn't rip you off with all apartment charges**"
