"DO NOT MOVE HERE! I currently live here and I am miserable. I have been to eviction court 3 times since I have been here. I fell behind and have not been able to pull myself out in 3 years. They charge me 750.00 in court fees every time we go. I still live here. You do the math. It’s like living in a simulation. There is no real human understanding because this is a huge bloodsucking company. My car is in the shop and that’s natural, that things happen but I’m going to be going right back in the hole again because this place is so unbelievably unbending. So cheers to a place that will eat you alive and bury you. And if they allow you to break the lease, they will still leave the eviction on you. Further messing you over “allegedly”. Also it over 3000$ to break your lease. So if you’re rich just buy a house. This place is chewing people up and spitting them out. I’m next!"

"New Orleans Court Apts. & TH'S is a wonderful place to live. We have been here for about 4 years and found Sue M. the Manager to be extremely helpful & kind. When ever we have an issue, you can count on Sue to assist you promptly. The management and maintenance are responsive and professional. I have recommend this property to many of my families and friends. We really enjoy living in Richfield with Sue as our Manager, she's a lovely person with a big heart especially the way the staff maintains the property to a perfection. The staff deserve a rise ….Thanks for reading"

"I’m writing this review to personally state how much I love living at New Orleans Court. I rarely write reviews but I have to give credit where it’s do. This is the nicest and most well maintained complex I’ve ever lived In. It’s quiet, neighbors are nice and friendly AND management does a lot for its residents. Lived here since 2009 and never had any problems. When things needs to get fixed, they respond promptly. The location is perfect. Easy access to the Mall of America, water parks, trails, nearby cities all within 5-10min. Not sure if there’s a waiting list but if there is...it’s worth the wait"
