"I would not recommend living at this property. My daughter, granddaughter and son in law lived there until a friendly neighbor poisoned him with fentanyl. In August my son in law was found dead because the SKUMBAG in the apartment below them shared some toxic poison and left him to die in their apartment. Now my daughter has to raise my grand daughter without her daddy on a daily basis. My poor granddaughter cries herself to sleep every night missing her daddy. THE WORST PART... the bloomington police know who poisoned my son and who is responsible for his death, yet have done NOTHING to prosecute the SKUMBAG. JUSTICE FOR MARCUS AND HIS DAUGHTER"

"I would not recommend the Arbors to anyone I know. Good luck getting a response from management. They allow a lot to go on here that would not be tolerated from other apartment complexes I have lived in. Our outdoor safety flood lights have been out for almost a month. I am so disgusted and disappointed. This place has completely soured me on apartment living. I am looking forward to getting out of here."

"I’ve lived here for almost 3 years. The building was bought by a new company, Steven Scott, and they kept on the previous property management which was the best decision they could have made. Kristina is a courteous, kind, and wonderful person as well as a great manager. Every interaction I’ve had with her has been great. The on site building manager has been wonderful as well. Since she’s been running the Arbors, everything is clean and well maintained. Anytime I’ve had an issue in my apartment, I get fast, often same-day, results or fixes. The new company put in new hallway carpeting, more efficient light bulbs and water fixtures, and replaced bad windows. The only problem I’ve had is packages being misplaced with no real action taken by the apartment ownership, Steven Scott. Some may have just been misplaced but some have been stolen or opened by residents and Steven Scott won’t provide a permanent building solution."

"I've been a resident of The Arbors for a few years now. What I enjoy about calling this home, is its peaceful, quiet and the neighborhood is safe. The management, especially Kristina Reiger, is one of the kindest people you'll meet. She's professional, courteous and maintains the property very well. The grounds are always kept up well, and the common areas are clean. I would recommend living here, because it's a nice place to call home."
