The Edison at Avonlea

"I’ve been living at The Edison at Avonlea for nearly a year now, and I must say, it’s been an incredible experience! The apartments are not only stunning but also incredibly spacious and well-appointed. The amenities are fantastic, especially looking forward to enjoying the pool and BBQ area with my family during the summer months. Additionally, the monthly community gatherings hosted by the leasing agents are an absolute blast. Whether it’s barbecues, trivia nights, or other fun activities, these gatherings add a wonderful sense of community to the already lovely atmosphere. And of course, what truly makes The Edison stand out is its exceptional management team. Every member, from the cleaning crew to maintenance to the leasing agents, is incredibly personable, kind, and dedicated. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure residents like myself have a wonderful experience. I genuinely couldn’t ask for more - The Edison at Avonlea is truly a gem! I wholeheartedly give it 5/5 stars, without a doubt."

"I lived at The Edison at Avonlea for over 3 years. During my stay, I felt safe and my space, respected. Mike Krejci and the Staff have been friendly, super helpful, and responsive with both communication and if needed, work completion. Please keep in mind, if you are moving from a single family home or townhome to an apartment, you are living in a community. The Units are not sound proof. You will hear all sorts of sounds and smell all sorts of smells. Some of these concerns can be addressed by The Staff, some cannot. Pick your battles and know that the Staff at The Edison at Avonlea will try their best to help you."

The staff is absolutely the best, if an issue arises they are prompt to fix it, they truly do care and take pride in all aspects and are always willing to help anyway possible!"

"Prior to moving into the Edison, I had only ever lived in one apartment where I liked the management and had a good experience. So needless to say I was leary. But to my suprise, everyone at the Edison exceeded my past experiences and went so far above and beyond to ensure I was a happy tenant. They are so kind, welcoming, understanding, and help when one needs. The pool is gorgeous, the apartment is quiet and it felt like a luxury home.
