"Sadly, love the commuity, the space is perfect and great price for everything offered. However, horrible experiences with the property manager in charge. Filled with prejudice and gossip, it's come to a tipping point. It's disheartening to receive dramatic bias inconsistent communication coupled with dealing with her complete lack and oblivious morality surrounding legal renters rights; it is astonishing. Overall, amazing place to rent and love the commuity but time to move on and pay hundreds more in order to avoid the peer arbitrary experienced. Over it."

"Please take pictures of the apartment, carpet,furniture etc before you move in. Apartment and furnishings are pretty old and you will be charged for normal wear and tear of the carpet, furniture etc. I lived in much newer and better apartments and haven't encountered the move out charges as charged by Colony. I was a single person living in their apartment and yet to understand what did I do for getting a high move out charge."

"Affordable price for 2 bed room units. The environment is also good and near the vicinity of a park where you can exercise every morning. The landlord is also friendly and accommodating making sure that every renters know upcoming activities in the compound."
