"UPDATE: December 21, 2022. I don't know whether it's because the company that now owns the building is based in California or what, but it's below zero outside and the HEAT IS OFF. Again. They stated their emergency repair number ONCE on a flyer several months ago, and it's hard to get anything but a recording when you call the office. I'm ready to sic the city on them. The elevator was out of order and it was eventually fixed, but it took a couple of days, but no one was informed when the request had been completed. I had to go and keep trying to call the elevator. And something similar happened AGAIN! I'm currently on crutches and need to have groceries delivered. At the time of the latest delivery earlier this week, I discovered that the security buzzer system doesn't work. The delivery person had to phone me, and then I had to stay on the phone till a resident came along and I could convince that resident to let the delivery person in. I put in a work order and have heard nothing about whether it's fixed already or when it will be fixed or whether they're in the process of installing a new system. I even phoned twice today, and still no word. Management should make the TINY effort required to keep tenants updated on work orders. Also, under the old ownership, we had an onsite manager. If we had a problem, we went to him, and he either fixed it immediately or called someone in and give us an estimated time of completion. Now the company has actually REDUCED the number of hours that someone is onsite. How is that an improvement? They're doing a nice job of remodeling the apartments, and the new laundry system is convenient. but sometimes it's the simple things that can cause the most annoyance. Everything I wrote above is still true. Fixing the dryers was nice, though."

"I totally agree with the other low reviews that management is not responsive. The main back door to our building wouldn't shut for weeks, so it obviously wouldn't lock either, multiple requests were submitted before it was finally fixed. I have been living in a loud construction zone all summer, which is really frustrating, especially since I work from home. It's also sad to see so many long term residents move out and so many vacant apartments, it was so much better when it was family owned. Dogs are also loud."
