Linden Flats

"I loved touring this building and really adored the unit that Gio showed me. It was rented to another lucky future resident, but had such a positive experience with the building and Gio's professionalism that I wanted to share since other (seemingly non resident reviews) could have scared me away from seeing a really great property. Gio was prompt in following up and checking in, and answering all of my questions about the building, unit, lease, etc as for me it's a long distance move and a big decision. The unit was beautiful, building is really nice and modern, and appears well taken care of. This was one of my top choices, among the dozen + places tht I toured over a weekend. It's in a prime location on a quiet street just houses down from 44th St. where there are cute shops, cafes and restaurants. Two thumbs enthusiastically up for Linden Flats and Gio!"

"I feel as though I can't leave a 0-1 star review because I don't actually live here, but I was interested in so. I had scheduled a tour, which was a hassle. I sent numerous online inquiries and since I hadn't heard back I gave a call and set one up over the phone. I then received confirmation that the tour was successfully booked. Upon the day of the tour, I received an additional automated text to confirm, to which I responded. I arrived about 10 minutes early for wiggle room and tried calling via the door system. However, after 3 failed attempts and no answer, a resident was kind enough to at least let me in the waiting area. Once inside, I called again from my cell phone and left a voicemail. After that, I waited another 20 minutes with no call and no show. To say the least, I was disappointed because the area and the complex itself seemed lovely. Based on the other review, it seems like there is some work that needs to be done in regards to communication."

"Does anyone work here? I moved in this past July and it is very difficult to get ahold of anyone from the leasing office (Level 10 Property Management). Prior to moving in, I spoke to different people on the phone, however have not heard from them since. I am not sure if the leasing office just has high staff turnover or what. Unfortunately, there is no on-site location where you can speak with an actual person if you need help or have questions. I have emailed them a few times with questions/concerns I have (parking, key fob, electricity bill, etc). I received one reply on July 15th that said they were forwarding my email to someone else. When I didn't hear back after a week, I emailed them again... that was 25 days ago and still no response. I have also called the phone number provided and it goes to voicemail. What is going on? I gave 3 stars because it is a nice building in a safe neighborhood."
