"I needed a short-term lease for a summer internship and chose Arrive 4301. It was a very nice and clean building right next to a trail system. Dog friendly and all owners were great at cleaning up after their dogs and being respectful of other owners. My apartment was also huge! (1 bedroom) It appeared to be redone recently with nice kitchen countertops and good appliances. It does seem to be quite overpriced, though, especially as it lacks many amenities. Utilities and internet are not covered either, which makes for a lot of monthly payments going in different directions."

"Great community and location with privacy and access to prairie walking path. Love the community facilities like the grills and bean bag toss. Laundry on every floor making it an easy walk. Secure deliveries via Luxer package systems. Maintenance responds fast and actually fixes the problem unlike most places. Also LOTS of closet space here."

"Arrive 4301 is a great place to live! The location is great and the walking trail behind the complex is a huge bonus. It is a very secluded apartment with many shops and stores within walking distance. The amenities are great as well! Two fitness centers, sauna, club room, and renovated apartments. Also, the Arrive 4301 staff makes a huge effort to serve their resident’s best interests. Amanda is a joy and Jesse will always go the extra mile with any maintenance request!"
